Level 1 Stylist
These are our Junior Curl Conquerors who are transitioning from our Apprentice Program to Level 1 Stylists. They offer select services and have been trained in all of the salon techniques. They are continuing education as they grow.
Level 2 Stylist
These are our experienced Curl Conquerors who have completed our Apprentice Program to Level 2 Stylists. They offer select services and have been trained in all of the salon techniques. They are continuing education as they grow.
Level 3 Stylist
These are our Senior Curl Conquerors who have completed our Apprentice Program to Level 3 Stylists. They offer select services and have been trained in all of the salon techniques along with an extensive amount of education and behind the chair training.
Stylist Levels
The Curl Conqueror Salon's level system allows us to render our stellar salon services at a price point that is tailored to match our community of Conquerors' ( Clientelle's) needs. This system also allows us to offer options for services and increased growth opportunities for our team. Each level is designed to complement the stylist's skill set and experience level. As our stylists grow and expand their education they will be promoted to advanced levels.
